EMAYOGA ZOOM YOGA CLASSES ONLINE AT HOME
Yoga is meant to be a form of self-isolation and solitude, so is strangely a perfect form of wellness for this type of situation we find ourselves in.
With the Government’s advice on tackling COVID-19, I shall be continuing my normal schedule by offering an online alternative. This way we can still come together as a society and make yoga accessible to EVERYONE in the current climate.
The yoga classes are designed for all abilities, giving options for everyone, and vary each time (hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga) giving your body a fresh new workout every session. Each session will end with deep relaxation, a time to unwind and enjoy the calmness that you have created within your body and mind. You will leave each yoga session feeling toned, lengthened, revitalised and completely restored.
The aim of the online yoga classes is to promote a sense of wellbeing for both body and mind, whilst bringing together an interactive yoga community. This is a great way to promote positivity, enhance mood and moral.

Sessions are £5 each or £50 monthly for an unlimited pass (save £30).

These session will run via zoom (simple & free to use online video).
Once you sign-up and paid for a single session or the unlimited pass we will send a link for the each live video. Zoom is really easy to set up via the link, any problems let me know and I can talk it through with you.
During the sessions and once we’ve all said hi, I will ask you to mute your speakers, you are welcome to pop your own playlists on or ask Alexa to play some yoga music:) we will all unmute at the end.
